Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor cutting, folding, stitching and perfect binding equipment.
• Review job tickets and printed samples for finishing specifications.
• Inspect runs and obtain supervisor approval before continuing production.
• Record part counts, label loads and move completed work to the next operation.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area orderly.

Requirements

• Experience operating folding or binding machinery, or previous work in a printing environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and attention to visual quality inspection.
