Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Daily Visas (“we”, “us”, “our”), available at https://dailyvisas.com, collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, search jobs, use our free tools or post a job. By using this website you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Daily Visas is a free online job portal that publishes job vacancies in the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain) and in other countries such as Canada, Australia, USA and Europe. We also publish visa guides and free visa tools. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not hire on behalf of employers.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: when you use our “Post a Job” form we collect the job title, job description, the contact email and (optional) phone/WhatsApp number you enter. When you contact us by email we receive your email address and message.
  • Automatic information: like most websites, our server and analytics tools may log your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring website and the date and time of your visit.
  • Cookies: small files stored on your device that help the site work, remember preferences, measure traffic and show advertising (see section 5).

We do not ask job seekers to create an account and we do not collect CVs on this website. When you apply for a job you contact the employer or recruiter directly, outside our website.

3. How we use information

  • To publish, review and moderate job postings submitted through our form;
  • To reply to your messages and support requests;
  • To operate, secure and improve the website and prevent spam and fraud;
  • To understand how visitors use the site (analytics);
  • To show advertising that helps keep Daily Visas free.

Contact details that an employer or recruiter includes in a job post (for example an email address for CVs) are published on the job page so that job seekers can apply. Phone numbers are not displayed as text on the website.

4. Legal basis (EEA / UK visitors)

We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a free job portal, your consent (for non-essential cookies and personalised ads, where required), and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense and may use other third-party advertising partners to show ads on this website.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
  • You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
  • Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown.

6. Analytics

We may use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand traffic and improve our content. These tools may set cookies and collect usage information in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

7. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the website may not work as intended, and you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant.

8. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the website (hosting, security, analytics, advertising and email), when required by law, or to protect our users and website from fraud and abuse.

9. Data retention

Job posts are removed from public view 30 days after publishing and are then permanently deleted. Submitted job details and related messages are kept only as long as needed for moderation, record keeping and legal purposes, and then deleted.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. California residents may request to know or delete personal information and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell personal information). To make a request, email us at dailyvisas@gmail.com. If you posted a job and want it removed, email us with the job link.

11. Children

This website is intended for adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, spam protection, limited admin access) to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

13. External links

Job posts and articles may link to employer websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.

15. Contact us
