SunDance is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers across its commercial printing, labels, cartons and flexible packaging divisions in Orlando.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through clear, professional communication and follow-up.
• Prepare and process quotes, orders, invoices, purchase orders and sample requests.
• Coordinate pricing, specifications, schedules and project needs with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain customer relationships and help support new accounts.
• Assist with inventory, invoicing and purchasing workflows.

Requirements

• At least two years of commercial printing or packaging experience, or five years of customer service in manufacturing.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with CRM or ERP systems; Tharstern experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory, invoicing and purchasing operations.
• This role is on-site in Orlando, Florida.
