Senior Engineer Business Development (Tendering) Job in Qatar – WALCO Middle East, Oil & Gas
WALCO Middle East is hiring a Senior Engineer for its Business Development team in Qatar. The role covers the full tender cycle for Oil & Gas clients, from reviewing RFQs and ITTs to submitting technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry; familiarity with QatarEnergy and other major client requirements
- Advanced Excel, ERP and project planning tools
- Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
