- Company: Mark & Save
- Location: Qatar
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in food safety, quality assurance or similar; hypermarket or catering background preferred
- Duties: enforce food safety regulations, run audits and inspections, maintain QHSE systems, ensure HACCP and PIC compliance
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and PIC guidelines
- Audit and compliance experience in food environments
- Attention to detail, good documentation and communication skills
