Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, cost control, progress monitoring and reporting.
• Coordinate project controls with engineering, procurement, construction, commercial and finance teams.
• Prepare and monitor project baselines, S-curves, manpower histograms, progress reports and recovery schedules.
• Support forecasting, earned value management, critical path and delay analysis, and productivity monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of relevant project controls, planning and cost control experience.
• Oil & Gas / EPC construction project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and advanced Excel.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and progress measurement.
• Qatar or Ras Laffan Industrial City experience is preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice availability with a transferable QID is preferred.
