Job Details
Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Work arrangement: Onsite
Start date: 25 September 2026
Contract: 250 business days, with probable extension
Hours: 7.25 hours per day
Security level: CRJMC

Responsibilities
Provide production support and troubleshoot cloud-based systems.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Monitor performance, reliability and observability across systems.
Support incident response, root-cause analysis and postmortems.
Work with technical and business teams on continuous improvement.

Requirements
Strong experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, cloud networking, security, scalability and resilience is required. Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Azure CI/CD, Java, microservices, Kubernetes or SQL Server is an advantage.
