BHP is hiring a qualified Boilermaker for the Olympic Dam smelter surface maintenance team in South Australia.

Job Details
- Company: BHP
- Location: Olympic Dam, South Australia
- Contract: Initial 12-month fixed term
- Roster: Seven days on, seven days off with residential, DIDO and FIFO options stated by BHP.
- Work: Carry out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance and repair work in the smelter plant.
Requirements
- Australian-recognised trade qualification as a Boilermaker or in a relevant mechanical discipline.
- Fabrication, maintenance and repair experience in an industrial, mining, processing or heavy maintenance environment.
- Commitment to safe work practices, problem solving and teamwork.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with maintenance management systems; 1SAP experience is beneficial.
