Responsibilities

• Create and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP or Oracle.
• Send RFQs, follow up with vendors and prepare quotation comparisons.
• Track orders and deliveries with suppliers and stores.
• Match purchase orders, goods receipts and invoices.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare MIS reports.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or a related field and at least 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience in Qatar or the GCC are required. SAP MM or Oracle, industrial/oil and gas exposure, Excel and strong English communication are preferred.
