Job Details
- Company: Delta Limited Company
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Experience: minimum 7 years in stewarding, at least 3 years in a senior role (Chief, Head or Senior Steward)
- Duties: direct and train the stewarding team, plan manpower for daily service and large events, run cleaning and deep-cleaning schedules, keep the team audit-ready (HACCP, SFDA, Municipality), manage chemicals, waste, china, glassware and cutlery
Requirements
- Large-scale catering experience (Sodexo, Saudi Catering, Nesma or similar preferred)
- Experience managing large teams serving thousands of meals daily
- Valid HACCP and food safety certificates
- Good English; Arabic is an advantage
