Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
• Three to five years of recruitment experience in an in-house or agency team.
• Ability to manage hiring across several functions and use sourcing platforms and candidate databases.
• Strong interviewing, communication and follow-up skills, with good English.
• Qatar recruitment market knowledge and current local availability are preferred.
