Procurement Manager (Food & Beverage, Catering) Job in Qatar – Amwaj Group
Amwaj Group in Qatar is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead purchasing for food, beverage, consumables and operational supplies across multiple catering sites. Only candidates currently residing in Qatar will be considered.

- Role: oversee sourcing, supplier evaluation, contracts and pricing, purchase requisitions and orders, and inventory via SAP; lead and mentor the procurement team on quality, food safety and compliance
- Eligibility: candidates already residing in Qatar
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Proven managerial experience in procurement, ideally in industrial catering or the food and beverage sector
- SAP MM/Procurement module proficiency
- Strong negotiation, analytical and supplier relationship skills; advanced MS Office
