Al Khalaf Group in Qatar is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team, providing commercial and corporate legal support to the business.

Job Details
- Company: Al Khalaf Group
- Location: Qatar
- Experience: proven corporate/commercial lawyer experience, preferably in Qatar or GCC
- Duties: drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and MOUs, corporate governance, advising management on legal risks, coordinating with external advisors and government bodies, supporting dispute resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (extra legal qualifications a plus)
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Good English; Arabic is an advantage
