Elite Hire Services is recruiting skilled marine and shipbuilding workers for a prominent marine and shipbuilding company in Bahrain, on a long-term project. Client interviews are planned in Mumbai and Visakhapatnam.

- Hull Plater / Fitter
- 6G Welder (TIG & Arc)
- Copper Nickel Welder
- Aluminium Welder
- Blaster & Spray Painter
- Semi-skilled / Assistant Electrician, Fitter, Scaffolder
- Forklift Operator (GCC experience)
- Foreman – Steel / Welding
- Marine Pipe Fitter
- Rigger
- Crane Operator (GCC licence)
Job Details
- Recruiter: Elite Hire Services, Thane West, Maharashtra
- Location: Bahrain (shipyard / marine project)
- Experience: minimum 3+ years in shipbuilding or the marine industry; GCC experience preferred
- Benefits: free accommodation, food allowance and overtime
- Project: long term
- Mumbai interview: 9 October, Rabale, Navi Mumbai
- Visakhapatnam interview: 11 and 12 October 2026
Requirements
- Welders must hold a running welding card
- Minimum 3 years of marine or shipbuilding experience
