Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, service flow and guest experience.
- Manage and develop the front-of-house team, schedules and performance.
- Handle VIP relationships, guest feedback and service recovery.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and the pre-opening preparation.
- Monitor costs, operational efficiency and restaurant KPIs.
Requirements
Applicants should have proven restaurant management experience in premium or high-end hospitality. Dubai or UAE experience and pre-opening experience are highly desirable. Strong leadership, communication, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills are required.
