• Salary: AED 15,000–18,000 per month, tax-free
• Equity: 2–5% in the growing business

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the UAE.
• Coordinate delivery teams and programmes in Oman, Jordan and Socotra.
• Maintain safe, professional and high-quality delivery of outdoor experiences.
• Support growth, planning and operational standards across the business.

Requirements

The recruiter is seeking a strong people leader with relevant operational experience and a genuine interest in outdoor programmes and adventure experiences. International travel and coordination experience will be useful.
