Responsibilities

• Develop an alumni and development strategy with the Director of Communications and report on engagement and fundraising progress.
• Build and maintain a global alumni network and accurate alumni database.
• Organise alumni events, reunions and networking opportunities in Oman and internationally.
• Create mentorship and careers programmes connecting alumni with current students.
• Develop donor relationships and manage annual giving campaigns, funding proposals and grant applications.
• Coordinate alumni communications and content with the school’s communications and marketing teams.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in alumni relations, development, membership, community engagement or a similar relationship-building role.
• Experience establishing a programme and managing a CRM or membership database.
• Event planning and delivery experience, including for geographically dispersed audiences.
• Strong project management, written and spoken British English, and financial literacy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and commitment to safeguarding.
