Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits, assess MEP and civil assets, and report technical risks.
- Support mobilization and operational readiness for new FM contracts.
- Help FM managers resolve technical issues, client escalations and service delivery problems.
- Prepare maintenance improvements, technical scopes and tender inputs.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, HSE and business development teams.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related discipline is required. Berkeley asks for 8–12 years of relevant FM, MEP operations or technical facilities management experience; UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Multi-site operations, project mobilization, CAFM and KPI/SLA experience are useful.
