- FM Engineer – 5 (AED 8,000–10,000)
- FM Supervisor – 3 (AED 5,000–5,500)
- HVAC Technician – 10 (AED 3,000)
- VRF Technician – 5 (AED 4,500)
- Chiller Technician – 5 (AED 5,000)
- Electrician – 10 (AED 2,750)
- Plumber – 10 (AED 2,500)
