• Work: Lead production, menu planning, recipe standardization, food cost control and kitchen operations
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, QHSE and stores teams
• Availability: Immediate joiners required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food Production or a related field
• At least eight years of progressive culinary experience, including three years as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Experience in large-scale industrial, remote camp, oil and gas, military, healthcare or institutional catering
• Proven experience producing 5,000 or more meals per day
• Menu engineering, food cost management and multinational cuisine expertise
• HACCP or food safety certification is an advantage
