Careem, the Dubai-based “Everything App” for ride-hailing, food delivery, groceries and payments across the Middle East, is hiring a Training & Quality Executive for its Dineout partner onboarding team. The role combines partner training with quality checks, so audit findings are turned straight into better training for restaurant partners on the Careem app.

What You Will Do

• Run onboarding and refresher training for new and existing restaurant partners
• Create and update SOPs, training decks and job aids
• Audit partner menus, prices, photos and promotions using quality scorecards
• Find the root cause of repeated errors and fix them through better training
• Help partners improve menus, offers and campaigns, and resolve customer escalations with them
• Report quality metrics and trends to internal teams

Requirements

• Background in training, quality assurance or partner management – food delivery, quick-commerce or e-commerce experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset: spotting trends, root-cause analysis, measuring impact
• Able to design clear training material and SOPs
• Customer-first attitude, high attention to detail, comfortable with metrics and scorecards
