- Work: Analyse hotel financial results and budgets, prepare performance reports and trend analysis, review forecasts and investment studies, and coordinate with hotel teams on asset strategy and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Two to three years of experience with hotel asset management consulting or a hotel investment company.
- Knowledge of hospitality performance measures, benchmarking and feasibility studies.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
