Responsibilities

• Supervise defect liability and residential handover work.
• Track, log and close defects using DLP management software.
• Coordinate the resolution of civil and MEP issues on site.
• Support handover work for villas, townhouses and similar residential communities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant UAE or GCC experience in residential contracting and facilities handover.
• Experience managing defect liability work for luxury villas, townhouses or comparable communities.
• Technical ability to handle civil and MEP site issues.
• Ability to use defect tracking software; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence.
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
