Employment: 75% TV-L E13, fixed-term for three years

Responsibilities
- Analyze longitudinal data on student interaction and learning using computational methods.
- Develop and validate measures and models of peer interaction and relationship formation.
- Design AI-supported educational tools, prompts, feedback or recommendations.
- Work with instructors and partners to implement and evaluate interventions, including randomized controlled trials.
- Contribute to teaching and collaborate with research teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field such as data science, statistics, computer science, psychology or learning sciences.
- Strong empirical and quantitative skills; programming experience in Python or R.
- Interest in AI, social interaction and learning research.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
