These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Daily Visas (dailyvisas.com). By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our service
Daily Visas is a free job information website. We publish job vacancies found on public sources (company career pages, recruitment agencies, newspapers and other public listings) and jobs submitted by employers, together with visa guides and free tools. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or immigration consultant, and we are not a party to any job application, interview, contract or visa process.
2. Job listings
- Job details are provided for general information and may change or close without notice. Jobs are removed 30 days after publishing.
- We try to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, legality or availability of any job, employer or recruiter.
- You are responsible for checking the employer, the job offer, the contract and the visa before you apply or travel.
- Never pay money for a job offer, visa, medical or interview. Daily Visas does not charge job seekers any fee.
3. Posting jobs
If you submit a job through our “Post a Job” form, you confirm that:
- the job is real, current and you are authorised to advertise it;
- the job does not ask candidates to pay any fee and is not misleading, discriminatory or illegal;
- you allow us to edit, rewrite, format, publish and remove the job at our discretion.
We may reject or remove any job without giving a reason.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending spam, posting fake jobs, attempting to hack or overload the site, or copying large parts of our content for commercial use without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The website design, logo, text written by us and our tools belong to Daily Visas. Company names and trademarks mentioned in job posts belong to their owners and are used only to identify the employer.
6. Third-party links and advertising
The website contains links to employer websites and other third-party sites, and shows advertising (including Google AdSense). We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
7. Free tools
Our calculators and visa tools give estimates only. Official rules and scores are set by government authorities and may change. Always confirm with the official source.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Daily Visas is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website, from any job listing, or from dealings with any employer, recruiter or third party.
9. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the date shown above.
