Job Details

- Work: Lead manufacturing operations, procurement, supply chain, quality, maintenance and financial performance. Improve production efficiency, cost control and operational safety.
Requirements
- Typically 15 to 20 or more years of experience in metals manufacturing, processing or heavy industry.
- Senior leadership experience overseeing plant operations and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper, zinc or lead.
- Experience managing manufacturing budgets, performance measures and supply chains.
- Bachelor’s degree in metallurgy, materials science, engineering, manufacturing or a related field.
- An MBA or related postgraduate qualification is preferred.
