- Experience: hands-on F&B operations in food halls, food courts, multi-outlet restaurants or hotels; UAE experience is an advantage
- Duties: day-to-day operations, service standards, cost control, team performance
Requirements
- Proven operations management in food halls, food courts or multi-outlet F&B
- Strong, hands-on leadership on the floor
- Good knowledge of cost control and team management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
