Job Details

• Company: Mark & Save Hypermarket (Western International Group)
• Location: Ajman, UAE
• Duties: oversee chilled, frozen and dairy sections, monitor storage temperatures and food safety, manage stock receiving with FIFO and inventory counts, control shrinkage, train and supervise the team and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse
• Interviews: Mark & Save Management Office, Black Square Building, Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman

Requirements

• Retail management, food technology, supply chain or hospitality background preferred
• Knowledge of cold chain management and inventory control
• Basic MS Excel and POS skills
• Able to work in cold storage and handle loads of 15–20 kg
