- Experience: 12–20+ years in contract management or administration, preferably construction, power, infrastructure or industrial projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
- Hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, EOT, delay analysis and dispute resolution
- Experience managing main contracts, subcontractors and vendors, including back charges and amendments
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC construction practices and good negotiation and documentation skills
