Contract: Temporary agent, five years (renewable)
Working time: 40 hours per week
Monthly basic gross salary: €4,755.79–€4,956.98 before any applicable allowances

Responsibilities

• Support department and unit management with operational, organisational and administrative work.
• Help plan, monitor and follow up on activities, deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, summaries and other management documents.
• Coordinate meetings, events, missions and related follow-up.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders and help improve operational procedures.

Requirements

• Applicants must be nationals of an EU Member State or an EFTA country and meet the other eligibility conditions.
• At least nine years of relevant professional experience.
• At least four years performing work similar to the role’s operational support tasks.
• At least two years of experience in an international or multicultural environment.
• Post-secondary education with a diploma, or secondary education with a diploma giving access to post-secondary education plus at least three years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of one official EU language, satisfactory B2 knowledge of another official EU language, and excellent spoken and written English.
