Montessori Milestones is recruiting a Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor for its early learning service in Westmead, Sydney. The position leads day-to-day operations, staff and educational quality.

Employment: Full-time
Pay: AUD 115,000–125,000 base salary plus superannuation and a possible performance bonus of up to AUD 15,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead centre operations and the education team.
• Manage regulatory compliance, child safety and service quality.
• Support recruitment, staff development, rosters and family relationships.
• Prepare the new service for opening and oversee ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Qualification approved by ACECQA and suitability to act as Nominated Supervisor.
• At least four years of Centre Director experience in early childhood education and care.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations.
• Experience leading teams, rosters and child safeguarding practices.
• Current Working With Children Check and applicable safety training.
